Nose-
A rum-soaked Christmas cake, mace, cloves, and pineapple. golden syrup, dried ginger, 80% cacao, overripe plum, old oak furniture, and pineapple cubes.

Taste-
Dried peels, more cloves. Aged PX, walnut oil, chili flakes, nutmeg, gentian, fernet. Some sultanas, pineapple chili salsa.

Finish-
Chili, cloves, ginger. Earthy clay, white pepper, and more pineapple/chili salsa.
