Nose: Bright, zippy, and wonderfully zesty, with lemon zest, grapefruit peel, lime juice, Italian marzipan biscuits, caramelised barley, Galia melon rind, ripe pineapple, and heavy canvas wax.

Palate: Citrus and grapefruit peel with green olives and sweet pineapple juice, followed by sharp lemon meringue pie, rich crème anglaise, beeswax candles, and local honey.

Finish: Long, buttery, and creamy, with citrus oils, soft honey, and caramelised barley.
