Online tasting note for reference:
Nose: an interesting balance of spice and sherry, with brown bread, leathery notes, walnuts, hazelnuts, vegetal oils, green olives, nougat, orange peels, and a fairly lightweight savory profile.
Palate: more spice, with white pepper moving toward chilli, hints of nutmeg and ginger, orange peels, roasted pumpkin bread, almonds, marmalade, spiced honey, and a winey, tannic impression with hardly any fruit.
Finish: spicy, with hay and a hint of milk chocolate, medium in length, and a savory sherry character leaning more toward Amontillado than Oloroso.
