Official Tasting Notes for reference-

Nose-
Strawberry tart, cranberry sauce, cinnamon, maple syrup. Quite sweet, but not clawing – distillate is not hidden behind the red wine character. Some pineapple and fermenting plums.

Palate-
Soft red fruits; cranberries, strawberry. Touches of wood spice, incense and gentle oak. Cinnamon spiced cranberry compote.

Finish-
Long, slightly dry with a swelling spice and soft red berries.
