Nose: The nose is an eccentric delight, opening with foam bananas and sharp tangerine peel, zesty lemon and a savoury, briny tang of caperberries, then turning floral and sweet with apple blossom, clear honey and a tropical dusting of coconut shavings, all overlaid by very soft, subtle peat.
Palate: Creamy and cooling on arrival, with vanilla yoghurt and a gentle medicinal hint of iodine, followed by fresh, zingy smoke, warm oak spice and polished sandalwood, then coconut yoghurt topped with tart kiwi and crisp green apple, giving a bright, multi‑layered profile with lively acidity.
Finish: Long and impeccably balanced, maintaining a refreshing acidity and lingering with gentle wood spices and the comforting sweetness of high‑quality toasted oak.
