Nose: Meaty sherry impressions with very distant and subtle barbecue notes, elegant Italian grappa, a wonderful touch of Asian sweet‑sour nuances, mineral Prosecco aspects, sweet overripe plums, some fig and dates, morello cherries, a hint of peach and a touch of pineapple.
Palate: Complex, sweet and quaffable with an unusual but well‑balanced combination of sherried meatiness, ripe dark fruits and nuanced spice, highly characterful and distinctive across both palate and nose.
Finish: Finely accentuated leather notes, Italian grape pomace spirit character and subtle wood impressions, long, varied and charismatic.
