Nose-
Beeswax, honey, fine spicy notes with a hint of umami, notes of sherry, dark fruits.

Palate-
Initially a lot of sweetness from raisins and dates, warming, nuttiness and lots of spice, dark fruits and some plum jam.

Finish-
Medium length, slightly dry, spicy and peppery with a hint of Mon Cherie.
