Tasting notes from Master of Malt for reference:

Nose:
Rich vanilla, soft fudge and stewed orchard fruits balance beautifully as the nose opens before toasted barley, dried herbs and citrus peels add depth. There's a flicker of winter spice present throughout.

Palate:
Plenty of juicy tropical fruits initially, then marzipan, warming oak and sweet spices (cinnamon and a little nutmeg). A slight hoppiness emerges among stone fruits, quince and mulberries.

Finish:
Fresh apple and kiwi, then a flourish of orange blossom.
