Nose-
Light fruit (pickled peaches), light maltiness, honey and now a lot more sweetness. Fresh smoky salty coastal aromas.

Taste-
The fruit of the light fruit, the honey and the woody oak spice, but also the slight acidity in counterplay. Vanilla and more spice.

Finish-
That smoke stays until the very end. And the ending is a long time coming. Long, warming with the sweet vanilla, the tart lemon and the oak spice.
