The single cask whiskey has a fruity nose. It smells of dark dried fruits and spicy oak. Behind it lie citrus fruits and roasted nuts. A hint of sherry is also present.

Tasting-
The Signatory Vintage Secret Speyside (M) 17 years has an aromatic and full-bodied taste profile. It combines aromas of various dark dried fruits, dark chocolate and spicy oak. There is a slight peppery spice behind it.

Finish-
The Cask Strength Whiskey has a long finish and leaves notes of dried fruit and oak on the palate.
