Online tasting note for reference-
Nose -
Intense peat smoke, maritime brine, notes of iodine, seaweed and tar.
Taste -
Rich and complex with a beautiful intensity of smoked peat, aromas of oak, leather and dark chocolate. A touch of dried fruit sweetness emerges, as well as notes of pepper and spices.
Finish -
Long and warm, with a balance of smoky and earthy flavors. The peat smoke fades to a long, savory finish with a touch of salinity.
