Nose:
aromas of raisins, dried plums and apricots, caramel, vanilla, chocolate, ginger, cloves, freshly roasted nuts and banana steeped in rum. With water it becomes fresher with aromas of ripe lemon and mint.

Taste:
wonderfully creamy continuation of the nose with notes of peach, plum, apple pie, butter cake, nuts, cinnamon and ginger. A few drops of water provide some spiciness.

Finish:
seductively sweet with notes of currants and raisins, toffee, dark chocolate and slightly smoky oak.
