Tasting: The Signatory Vintage Caol Ila 15 Years Cask 4 is full-bodied on the tongue. It tastes sweet like sherry and brings peat smoke. Roasted coconut permeates. Spices introduce the finish.

Finish: The finish is long-lasting. The scotch leaves with a lingering smoke. Peppery spice lasts long after drinking.
