Ben Nevis has been gaining value in recent years, and a batch of younger BN has started to appear on the market, some even single-digit age. This one bottled by Kirsch Import is one of them.

Although it only uses Oloroso Sherry Butt finish, it is still quite dark in natural color. Suitable for dark whisky lovers.

Online tasting note for reference-

Nose-
Dark sherry flavors with blueberries, raspberries and chocolate. In addition, spicy oak and a hint of leather.

Palate-
Again various red fruits on the palate, but a bit drier. Raisins, sultanas and cherries can be felt directly.
Then some cinnamon, a hint of mocha and white pepper.

Finish-
The whiskey stays for a medium length with Black Forest cake, various herbs and a hint of unburned tobacco.
