'Toki' means 'time' in Japanese, representing a modern interpretation of Suntory's craftsmanship. This whisky was born to promote the 'Suntory Highball' culture worldwide. While Yamazaki is often the backbone in traditional blends, Toki takes a different path by using Hakushu single malt aged in American white oak as its soul, emphasizing fresh and crisp herbal notes.
To balance the freshness of Hakushu, Chief Blender Shinji Fukuyo added Chita grain whisky for a silky texture and sweetness.
