Online tasting note for reference:
Nosing:
Salt and seafood on the nose. Behind it lie impressions of sweet honey and "Pepper Jack" cheese. Vanilla pods round off the aroma.
Tasting:
Whipped cream. He also brings pears and heather. Barley water and sugar cane are present. Nectarines and floral tones introduce the finish.
Finish:
Long. The Scotch from Campbeltown says goodbye with peat and plums. It also leaves behind raisins and pepper after drinking.
