Online tasting note for reference:
Nose: Pale gold color with a sherried character, tenser than previous batches, featuring curry, oak shavings, and ginger. Very briny, seaside, smoky, and kelpy notes. Menthol, horseradish, leather, and cinchona present. With water: wet dogs, raw wool, mud, limestone, wet plaster, and bandages emerge.
Palate: More oak extracts than other expressions, with increased pepper and curry. Huge, sharp, almost pungent character. Grapefruit peel, Jägermeister, ginger, leather, and cigar tobacco notes. With water: citrus fruits come forward with grass and wasabi in the background.
Finish: Long, sharp, and very zesty.
