Tasting note from Master of Malt for reference-

Nose- Sooty oak and sea breeze, maritime peat with sugared pastry and lemon peels.

Palate- Oily smoke and rich malt, with charred heather and earthy spice, coastal notes of herbaceous seaweed, lemongrass, and bonfire ash.

Finish- Waxed citrus, salt and pepper crackers, rich oak spice finished up with yet more smoky salinity.
