Smögen is a distillery located in Sweden, founded in 2009 by lawyer and whisky enthusiast Pär Caldenby.
Smögen is also a place name in Sweden.
While not many releases, several bottlings in 2019 & 2020 achieved excellent results at WF,
leading to increased public attention for this young distillery.

Regarding the 500ml size, whether the manufacturer's price positioning is worthwhile is subjective,
