Online tasting note for reference:
Nose: Dried fruits, nutty, very salty, campfire, mild but intense pepper, caramel, oysters, clear wood, with Oloroso sometimes dominating with strong aromas of nuts and dried fruit, and at other times salty-maritime notes in the foreground.
Palate: Peppery and salty, with nutmeg, very clear wood, Serrano ham, dates, walnuts, campfires, and earthy peat.
Finish: Long and peppery, becoming a little bitter from wood and salt.
