Nose: Rich and delicate. Wax and honey notes in the classic Clynelish style, combined with gentle vanilla and caramel from the new wood casks. Subtle dried fruits and nutty nuances follow, complementing the fresh waxiness.
Palate: A fine balance between creamy sweetness, wax, honey, and subtle sherry fruit notes such as dates and raisins. A light spice and delicate oak round off the smooth profile.
Finish: Medium length, warm and dry-sweet. Waxy honey notes linger, accompanied by subtle sherry-dried fruits and an elegant, slightly spicy oak structure.
