Nose: Dark figs and ripe plums, deeply embedded in characteristic Oloroso sherry notes, with subtle oak spice.
Palate: Dense plum and fig fruit, intense sherry, caramelised sweetness, and a fine peppery heat.
Finish: Very long and dry, with bitter oak and a deep, lingering sherry character.
