Strong top notes of sherry, heather honey, caramel, almond croissant with butter, roasted bananas, raisins, black cherries, orange peel, a little pepper and ginger.

Taste-
Sherry, syrup, honey, plums, peaches, dried figs, nuts, bitter chocolate, orange peel, nutmeg, cinnamon and a trace of the skin.

Finish-
Quite long, with notes of plum, dark chocolate, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, sherry and oak.
