Aroma - Well integrated smoke- very aromatic- with vanilla- honey- bananas- ripe citrus notes and garden herbs. Some charcoal and heather- very fresh- vital and with roasted malt

Taste - Strong- with noticeable smoke- nice sweetness- extremely full-bodied. Lots of heather- very mineral- phenolic and surprisingly elegant. Peppery and drier over time

Finish - Very long- dry- slightly ashy- with herbs- phenol and dry smoke
