Aroma :
Well integrated smoke, very aromatic, with vanilla, honey, bananas, ripe citrus notes and garden herbs. Some charcoal and heather, very fresh, vital and with roasted malt

Taste :
Strong, with noticeable smoke, nice sweetness, extremely full-bodied. Lots of heather, very mineral, phenolic and surprisingly elegant. Peppery and drier over time

Finish :
Very long, dry, slightly ashy, with herbs, phenol and dry smoke
