Like many Rum distilleries, Foursquare was formerly a sugar mill, rebuilt as a Rum distillery after 1996.
Many Rum producers end up adding sugar for adjustment, but Foursquare is one of the distilleries that insists on not adding any sugar.

Sample X is an IB series,
Currently, Sample X seems to focus on non-blending,
There is also a series called Sample Eleven which focuses on blended Rum.
