Nose-

Ripe orchard fruits dusted with cinnamon – think baked apple and poached pear. Then comes honeycomb, toasted hazelnuts, and a drizzle of golden syrup. Underneath, a hum of antique wood and dried mango.

Palate-

Velvety from the off. Juicy sultanas, orange peel, and apricot jam meet warming gingerbread and dark chocolate. The Madeira casks bring depth without overpowering – a subtle sweetness wrapped around a backbone of malt-driven richness.

Finish-

Long and layered. Hints of red berries, old leather, and sweet spice taper off into a dry, elegant conclusion.
