Nose- Turmeric, elegant smoke, rich vanilla, subtle curry spice, beef jerky, a hint of wafer, underlying sweet candy and ripe pineapple, faint charcoal.

Palate- Elegant smoke, subtle honey, rustic wafer, beef jerky, faint ripe pineapple.

Finish- The sweetness of pineapple and sweet candy hidden behind the smoke is attractive, with a lingering umami reminiscent of beef jerky.
