Nose:
Creamy nose, touch of toffee, touch of brioche, touch of vanilla and some apple.
Palate:
A little chilli and then warm baking spices, cooked apple like a tart tatin, creamy texture.
Finish:
Some spice on finish, creaminess persists. Quite short.
