Online tasting note for reference:
Nose: Crème brûlée, apple cobbler, chamomile tea, vanilla‑scented candles, angel food cake, fresh laundry notes and a flower garden after light rain. Initially honeydew melon and meadow flowers with cinnamon and soft brown sugar, developing into vanilla sponge batter and strawberry juice.
Palate: Sunflower seeds, cupcakes with vanilla buttercream frosting, pear slices and white chocolate biscuit notes, light wood spice and a hint of musty dunnage warehouse. Rich vanilla sponge cake with a touch of aniseed and tarragon, building a luscious texture with strawberry jelly and cinnamon, ginger spice and a touch of fresh mint.
Finish: Sweet and creamy with wood spice and a touch of saltiness. Floral and herbal notes give good length, with toasted vanilla sticks and lingering licorice root.
