Nose: Complexity abounds with notes of raisins, red wine, saddle leather, dry leaves, roses and peonies. Fruity with dates and peels, honey and a little marmalade, overripe grape and warm pastries. Wide spectrum of aromas of late summer fruit, combined with rich floral notes of white flowers such as jasmine. Rich aromas of ripe fruit, jasmine, and iris with a hint of spice.

Palate: Smooth, rich entry of strawberries, orange spice, vanilla, dark plums and a little Canadian maple sugar. The perfect expression of Fine Champagne opulence with mature flavors of juicy plums and candied oranges, with a hint of hazelnuts and cinnamon. Spicy with warm pastries, overripe grape, fruits, spices, warm pastries and orange peel. Smooth and velvety, with flavors of ripe fruit, jasmine, iris, cinnamon, and hazelnut. On the palate, filled with notes of ripe cherries, fresh fig, subtle pepper.
