Nose:
A fruit explosion- figs, ripe bananas, sultanas, red apples and lime, pot still spices combine with the sweetness of vanilla and pine from the barrels.

Tasting:
Dried fruits, hints of lemon with aromatic oils and spices. Sweet vanilla leads to toasted oak and barley.

Finish:
Extraordinarily long finish with great complexity of fruit and spices, slowly fading into sweet butterscotch and barley.
