Taiwan's Nantou Distillery belongs to the Taiwan Tobacco & Liquor Corporation (TTL) and is situated in the scenic Nantou region. Utilizing pure water from the Central Mountain Range, the distillery began producing single malt whisky in 2008. Due to the hot climate, the annual 'Angel's Share' is as high as 6%-7%, significantly higher than Scotland's 2%, allowing OMAR to exhibit powerful and concentrated tropical fruitiness in a shorter timeframe.
