Online tasting note for reference:
Nose: Incredibly complex and expressive, with a medley of strawberries, grapes, persimmons, coconut, mango, papaya, and lychee, intertwined with seaweed, sea salt, smoked scallops, kerosene, machine oil, and the scent of charred green branches and a fire fueled by green wood.
Palate: Thick, oily and mouth-coating, showing honey, caramel, peaches, persimmons, coconut and other tropical fruits alongside plums, sarsaparilla, nougat and almonds, with persistent peat smoke framing the rich, sweet profile.
Finish: Very long and rich, dominated by lingering smoke and the essence of fire and ocean, with various smoked woods, charred seaweed and scallops, grilled prawns and charred pineapple, leaving a powerful, smoky, maritime aftertaste.
