Online tasting note for reference-

Nose- Malty, sweet and fruity with golden malted barley, sweet tropical fruits (lychee, banana, melon, peach), icing sugar and sweet lemons in syrup, smoked honeycomb, light bonfire smoke, dark loose-leaf tea, fresh oily putty and lactic notes of sweet cream cheese/yogurt.

Palate- Less sweet but still rich and decadent with lactic sweetness, tinned peaches, icing sugar, smoked honeycomb, lime juice, ground ginger and crème brûlée, with a soft puff of dry, almost ashy peat smoke.

Finish- Long, with soft dry peat smoke that lingers alongside black pepper, sugared almonds/marzipan, smoked honeycomb and rich tropical fruit notes of melon, peach and lime juice.
