Online tasting note for reference:

Nose: Bright bronze. Heavy and condensed bouquet with toffee crumble, almond creme, roasted walnuts coated in dark honey, black smoke, salt-crusted harbor walls, pretzels, syrup, red beef, light and bright fruits. Light, fresh and fruity, becoming wine-like with time. Dry peat with sweet red fruits, old wood and wet dirt.

Palate: Smoky, savory, sweet and sumptuous, quite smooth. Pipe tobacco, caramel drops, hazelnut cake, marzipan chocolate, orange zest, English marmalade, burnt pastry, BBQ’ed pineapple slices, vineous notes. Sweet and smoky with smoked bacon and black pepper, syrupy stone fruit, ashy earthy peat, green chilli heat, wood spices, blow-torched orange rind. Creamy, full bodied, mouth-coating, fruity, rich, earthy, vaguely meaty. Chocolate, orange zest and walnut cake, rich, sweet and earthy.

Finish: Highly spectacular with sweetness clashing with smokiness, perfumed puff with minty fizz, green banana with dark cherry, sticky toffee with unbaked dough, hard beeswax with crunchy peach. Long with green chilli heat, ashy peat, black pepper, astringency, torched orange rind, stone fruit in syrup, smoky maple syrup sweetness, warm spicy toasted oak. Long, rich and flavorful with mild spices, fruitiness, meatiness and peatiness.
