Autumn leaves, dried herbs, seaweed salad, apples, orange zest, agave syrup, roasted peanuts, toffee, vanilla, a pinch of pepper and toasted oak.
Taste:
Perfectly balanced, lemon and orange peel, sea salt, black pepper, bananas, apples, grapefruit, caramel with salt, ginger, cinnamon and oak.
Finish:
Long and expressive, with notes of toffee, caramel with salt, vanilla, pepper, lemon zest and toasted oak.
