Online tasting note for reference:

Nose: Fresh and natural, with bright fruits (lots of lemons and a hint of unripe pineapple), hints of fresh linen and light paraffin. Some mash water and custard. Hints of grassy green tea in the background, as well as some plasticine.

Palate: Full of barley notes, with hints of ale and white bread (mild sourdough). Herbal touches, lemon balm and mint, making it very fresh again. Apples and grapefruits. Pear eau-de-vie. Peppery notes with green oak and hints of chalk underneath. Some earthy touches as well.

Finish: Good length, clean, with mild grassy oak and citrus.
