Online tasting note for reference-

Nose- Lemon juice, pebbles on the beach, chamomile tea, dried apricots, shells on the beach, brackish water, subtle Orkney peat.

Palate- Oily, subtle floral notes, sudden uppercut of peat, camphor, olive oil, farmer’s butter, honey, chalk, smoke, waxy, warm smokiness, herbal teas, salt, maritime and sharp.

Finish- Floral notes (wild heathery flowers), long, smoky, somewhat spicy.
