Online tasting note for reference-

Nose - 
Elegant, pared down. On the first nose, fragrances of apricot, twig, dried peat and smoked fish rival each other in intensity. Aromas of mango, passion fruit and candied ginger then embellish the aroma palette.

Palate - 
Well-developed, well-balanced. The superb attack reveals wonderful fullness before moving into notes of quince jelly, smoke from a Havana cigar, and cocoa powder. The salty and iodine end of the palate is divinely chocolatey.

Overall - 
Long, well-nourished. In addition to intense smoke and rooty peat, the start of the finish reveals red fruits (raspberry, strawberry). The mineral end of the finish (schist, manganese) is characterized by flavours of ripe banana, eucalyptus and spices (cardamom, clove).
