Online tasting note for reference:
Nose: Soft and effortlessly coastal, with white flowers, crushed seashells, chalk, mineral salts, light petrol and citrus fruits, plus a little vanilla and a subtle sherry influence in the background.
Palate: Oily and salty with sweet peat smoke, citrus (lemon), seaweed and medicinal notes, joined by hints of herbal tea, light chocolate and discreet dried fruits from the sherry cask.
Finish: Long, lemony and saline, with fragrant smoke, sandalwood, pink sea salt and lingering floral and gently ashy peat notes.
