Online tasting note for reference:
Nose: Sweet and flowery with a nicely balanced combination of big sherry and fruits; vibrant notes of apple pie and kumquats, with whiffs of heather and moss, a bit of toffee, clean wood, melted caramel and coffee, plus a light spiciness.
Palate: A mix of sherry and fruits with more expressive liquorice; slight nuttiness and increased oak, toffee, sultanas and prunes, with spices such as ginger and a little white pepper, and a touch of kirsch appearing towards the aftertaste.
Finish: Quite dry, oaky and really spicy.
