Online tasting note for reference:
Nose: Seaweed notes and eucalyptus, followed by mineral smoke and oyster shells, hints of brass polish, subtle berries and tobacco with firm sooty and light farmy notes.
Palate: Charred hints and wood spice with a sharp edge, grassy notes, salt and lemons, herbs and a floral top note, later smoked bacon, liquorice, vanilla and asphalt.
Finish: Medium length, coastal peat smoke, mint, tart citrus and salty notes.
