Nose: Fresh zesty orange and grapefruit, with dried hay, gentle herbal notes, soft barbecue smoke, vanilla, subtle oak spice and a touch of clove.
Palate: Bold sea salt and peat smoke with smoked mackerel, black pepper, cinnamon and coriander, supported by sweet syrupy caramel and bourbon notes and an oily coastal mouthfeel.
Finish: Long, smoky and saline, with ripe peach and grapefruit, balanced sweetness, fine spice, nuts and a hint of salty sea air.
