Nose
Rich demerara notes, golden syrup & creamy vanilla. Oh, and a fistful of smoky peat.

Palate
Pepper & spice, iodine, brine, and of course that intense coal - the best signifier of Laphroaig to look for when tasting blind. Fiery, with woodsmoke also very prominent.

Finish
Lasting, peppery peat and lovely, lengthy rich malt.
