Nose- Candied apples, hints of crème brûlée, sweet spiciness, sugared pastries, peat smoke, heather, sea salt, vanilla cream, pears in syrup, cooling menthol.

Palate- Stewed apples, pears, nuttiness, menthol notes, spritz of salt, crisp seaweed, peppery spice, sweet and sour notes, dense oak, medicinal character, mint.

Finish- Very long, prickly black pepper spice, sweet grassy smoke, tarry peat aroma, dry slightly papery oakiness.
