Nose:
Very aromatic with a slight saltiness and notes of aged cheese, rosemary, plum tart, cinnamon, raisins, liquorice and accompanied by subtle smoke.
Palate:
Intense, spicy and woody, rather dry with aromas of forest honey, plum, caramel, liquorice and a subtle saltiness.
Finish:
very dry, light bitter notes and a little pepper at the beginning, plus notes of grape seeds and Chardonnay white wine, with nice roasted aromas lingering for a long time.
