Online tasting note for reference:
Nose: Vanilla, plums with hints of caramel; rum ‘n raisins with malt rubbed in with burnt char. Traces of milk chocolate and port wine, with hints of pepper, cinnamon, wood, and spice. Fresh modern sherry with hints of virgin oak. Creamy yellow fruit notes like banana and apple compote, custard, vanilla, unripe cherries. Chocolate, sweet vanilla, toffee, creme brulee, dark fruits, nuts.
Palate: Medicinal at first, soon followed by dark stone fruits and brown sugar; hints of licorice seem mixed in with spiced peppery notes. Leather, smoke and grapes are left lingering on the palate. Balanced, full-bodied.
Finish: Medium to Long | Winey with woodied influences paired with a sweet and warm feel.
