Tasting Notes
Nose: Bold sherry influence — rich, dark and sherried with dried fruits and spice. Young and punchy with intense alcohol presence that benefits from a few drops of water.
Palate: First-fill sherry butt delivers waves of dark chocolate, raisins, and Christmas pudding spices. High ABV carries weighty, full-bodied flavours. Heather smoke emerges beneath the sherry.
Finish: Long, spicy and warming with lingering sherry sweetness and subtle Orkney peat smoke.
