Tasting Notes
Nose: Heather honey, floral sweetness and vanilla. Orchard fruits — apple, pear, apricot — with citrus zest. Light peat smoke and subtle iodine with typical Highland Park heather character.
Palate: Creamy and well-balanced. Tropical fruits, wood spice, and waxy texture. Mildly smoky with heathery sweetness, nutty and lightly woody. Cask strength power with elegance.
Finish: Woody and malty with honey and orchard fruit. Peat smoke lingers with dried fruit. Medium to long, with subtle smoke and heather.
