Tasting Notes
Nose: Sweet peat alongside vanilla and red fruit notes. Slightly farmy, smoky side that's slow to unfold. Great elegance with a winey character.
Palate: Dark chocolate, espresso, citrus and fig with coastal brine. Smoked meat character backed by sour plum, pepper, and hazelnuts. A balancing act — dessert-like and savoury at once.
Finish: Drying, medicinal, with dirty smoke and oak spice. Long and complex.
